1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between u88live ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers, or uses the u88live platform accessible at u88live.club and all associated subdomains, applications, and services (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any supplementary terms referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotional rules. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the u88live Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Company does not permit access by individuals under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by the Company or any affiliated gaming authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Malaysian players acknowledge that the legal framework governing online gambling in Malaysia is the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953. u88live operates under international gaming licensing and does not hold a Malaysian domestic gaming licence. Malaysian players access the Platform at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable local laws.

The Company reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to be operated by persons under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds seized, and the matter reported as required by applicable law.

3. Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) active account on the Platform at any time. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual, household, device, or IP address are strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any associated balances.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false registration details constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify u88live immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

The Company may require Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification before processing withdrawals, applying bonuses, or at any other point at its sole discretion. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued identity document and proof of address.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances are held and transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions govern financial transactions on the Platform:

• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt by the Company's payment processors. Processing times vary by method. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering control. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are subject to any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover requirement has been satisfied in full.
• The Company reserves the right to limit, delay, or refuse any withdrawal where it reasonably suspects fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or violation of this Agreement.
• All payment method fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player unless otherwise stated.

Supported payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank), USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. The Company does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific payment method.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Each promotion is available only to eligible players and may be limited to one claim per account, household, or IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Uncompleted wagering will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without notice.
• Bonus funds are credited as non-withdrawable promotional balances until wagering requirements are met in full.
• The Company may void bonus winnings and suspend accounts where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional terms is identified.

6. Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the u88live Platform are subject to the game-specific rules published within each product section. General betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections prior to confirmation.
• The Company reserves the right to void bets where manifest errors (including incorrect odds, technical faults, or data feed errors) have occurred. Voided bets are refunded to the Player's account balance.
• Maximum bet and payout limits apply. These limits may vary by sport, event, market, or bet type and are subject to change without notice.
• In-play betting is subject to suspension or cancellation at any time at the Company's discretion, including due to system interruptions or integrity concerns.
• Where a game or match is abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or stolen financial instruments.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Operating more than one account simultaneously or in succession.
• Accessing another Player's account without authorisation.

8. Responsible Gaming

u88live is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides players with access to the following tools via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after designated gaming session durations.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, game assets, and trademarks, is the property of the Company or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the Company's prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, u88live, its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gambling winnings due to technical faults, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Errors in odds, game results, or settlement caused by data provider failures.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any action taken by the Company in good faith in accordance with this Agreement or applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Suspension & Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The Player's activity poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Company.
• The Player has provided false registration information.
• Continued operation of the account would violate applicable laws or regulations.

Upon termination, any real-money balance held in the account (net of applicable bonus balances subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated under its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

Malaysian players acknowledge that the Company does not hold a domestic Malaysian gaming licence and that disputes are not subject to resolution under Malaysian domestic gaming regulations.

13. Amendments

u88live reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

All disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. The Company aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days of receipt of all relevant information.
